can u get bacterial vaginosis straight after already having it?

I had bacterial vaginosis/clymadia and had antibiotics to clear it.I still have discharge but no odor smell like before.I do masturbate reasonably regulary and use Femwash,i was wondering if this could be the cause of the discharge or has the bacterial vaginosis reoccured?

If there is no odor and it is not thick golden-haired/conservational, it is normal vaginal discharge. Your vagina is a self-cleaning organ and this is what it does. I would not be using the Femwash – it changes the PH of this area and allows infections to take hold. Let your body take care of itself. In a thin pantiliner and changing it a couple of times per day with take care of any discharge on your panties and/or any odor.

I would be checked out again, it could just be a yeast infection
But, it could also be that the antibiotics didn’t end killing all the bacteria (so many are strong to antibiotics these days)

I would get rechecked because some cases of vaginitis are hard to completely clear up with just one round of antibiotics, and if improperly treated it may become a chronic problem for you.
Sometimes , i agree the infection maynot be cleared in one dose. I would also advise againt using ANY purfumed wash… They make me break out and get yeast too. Stick with plain soap and water, Materbate with vaseline…
